(October 10th edit: The song is also on YouTube now, with small lyric changes)

Here are the chords and lyrics.

Talk About It
Verse: D Dm7 C G/ D Dm7 C A
Chorus: D G C D / F F G G

Verse:
Sometimes I can change it all
the world is at my feet
next time when I look around
there's no hope left for me

talk about a million things
but I can't do the walk
I wanna write a killer song
that's never heard before

Chorus:
All this time you're wasting now
you'll never get it back
Worry never added much
to the time that you got
well the world won't stop turning
it won't wait around
and every place you go to
trust that you'll be safe and sound

Verse:
why is it that inspiration
is sneaking out the door
and then I get that same old feeling
like I've been here before

I can't help but think too much
about what might have been
I'm tryin' hard to find a purpose
to live this life I'm in

Chorus:
All this time you're wasting now
you'll never get it back
Worry never added much
to the time that you got
well the world won't stop turning
it won't wait around
and every place you go to
trust that you'll be safe and sound

talk about a million things
but I can't do the walk
choices got me all confused
now that is food for thought

Lene,

I hope this message finds you well.

Several hours ago as I battled urges to harm myself I rediscovered your beautiful music on youtube. Instead of harming myself I ended up falling asleep listening to "Talk About It". I may be in therapy and have the support of my loved ones, but often it is the little things that get me through my darkest hours. I just wanted to thank you for offering me hope when I was surrounded by darkness, something to soothe me when it felt nothing was okay.

I look forward to your CD so I can have the comfort of your songs with me wherever I go.

Peace Be With You,
Megan
